Low testosterone and Muscle Tone Blend

Dear Stephen,
Page 174 of Healing Lyme recommends the Muscle Tone Blend from Woodland Essence. It contains American Ginseng. Page 36 of Natural Testosterone Plan says American Ginseng contains estradiol. Should men with lyme and low testosterone use the pine pollen tincture instead of the Muscle Tone Blend?

Stephen’s response:
This is fine as a long term tonic for muscle tone and increasing strength and vitality. If you are working to raise testosterone levels Asian ginseng is better as it has more androgenic activity. American ginseng will not lower testosterone, rather it acts as a tonic more than a stimulant.
