MS-like symptoms

Dear Stephen,
I have been on your Core protocol for about 5 months now and most of my lyme-related symptoms have cleared up except for insomnia and eye floaters. However, I’m now dealing with multiple sclerosis (MS)-like symptoms with burning/tingling all over my body as well as small muscle spasms. In addition to the core, I am taking B-complex, magnesium citrate, stephania root (excellent for floaters), teasel, probiotics, multi-vitamins, CoQ10, thyroid supplements, and colloidal bentonite. Do you have any suggestions on what I can take to get rid of the MS symptoms? Also, do you have a guess on when the updated book will be out? Thanks in advance and for writing an awesome protocol.

Stephen’s response:
For insomnia please try ashwagandha just before bed (one hour) up to one tbl in water or juice and also liquid melatonin, again just before bed. If you wake up in the night, take some more melatonin. Also: try ashwagandha during the day as well, one tsp of the powder in water or juice, 3x daily (for the MS symptoms) and as well, try L-arginine 500 mg capsules or caplets, use 1000-2000 mg daily in 3-4 divided doses; EGCG 1 capsule with food per day (400 mg or so capsules); phosphatidyl choline 420mg (gel caps) 3x day. For the floaters try Sida acuta tincture, 1-2 droppers full 3-4x daily.

Oh yes, the revised book is in process but won’t be out for several years. However a book on bartonella and mycoplasma should be out next summer.

PLEASE NOTE: If you have active herpes, chicken pox, or shingles DO NOT USE L-arginine.
Stephen
