Wheat germ causing a herx?
Dear Stephen,
I have lyme and babesia. Is it possible that wheat germ could make me herx? I made some whole wheat and wheat germ pancakes this morning, and later I started herxing. I hadn’t taken my morning meds yet so this is the only thing I could think of that might have caused it.

I haven’t heard of this before, you might explore whether you might have a gluten sensitivity.

[Editor's note: Have you been tested for mycoplasma? Wheat germ has been recommended in the past by Stephen to address mycoplasma infections, and so it could be causing die-off.]
