Helping herxes/rife

I have had lyme for ten years, diagnosed for four. After a year of IV antiobiotics I am about 30% better. I am now on the Buhner protocol as instructed in Healing Lyme. My question is what can be done for the relief of extremely intense herxing? Can this protocol be used in combination with rife machine therapy? Kind regards.

Yes, the herbal protocol can be used with rife therapy. As to herxing, I would suggest a lowering of the dose to the point where the herxing is more bearable.
