Chronic lyme with persistent strep infection

I have chronic lyme disease but one of my most problematic co-infections is strep bacteria. My LLMD thinks that the strep is actually my biggest problem right now. We have been working on it for a year (antibiotics and some homeopathics) but it just will not go away. My latest tests showed my levels at 1360 when they should be below 85 for an adult. Do you have any recommendations for persistent strep bacteria? Thank you.
Cryptolepis tincture and Echinacea angustifolia (NOT Echinacea purpurea) tincture. You can get the cryptolepis from woodlandessence.com. Start with 1 tsp 3x daily for a month and see how that works. You will have to search the web for Echinacea angustifolia, most people sell the purpurea which I don’t find effective for strep. Take a full dropper of the tincture every hour or so for two weeks. The cryptolepis should take care of it but the Echinacea will help.
