Orthostatic intolerance and tinctures

Dear Stephen,
I seem to have orthostatic intolerance (OI) issues that are made worse with herbs that are classed as vasodilators, as many in your lyme protocol are. Interestingly, I discovered that I can better tolerate these same herbs when taken in tincture form rather than powder. Would you know any reason for this? Also how do I try to equate how much tincture to take that would give the same equivalency in powder – is there a general rule of thumb to use? Thanks.

Stephen’s response:
Start with 1 full dropper (30 drops) 3x daily and then go to 4x daily. I would suggest going to 60 drops 4x a day of the knotweed if you tolerate it well.
Stephen
