Encapsulating Japanese knotweed

In order to afford continuing to take Japanese knotweed, I have decided to encapsulate the herb myself, which I will order from Healing Spirits Herb Farm per your recommendation. I’m confused about the dosage however. The Source Naturals I was taking comes in “0″ caps and the dosage is 1-4 caps 3-4x/day. You say to use “00″ caps (larger) and take 2-4 4x/day. Is this because the herb is not standardized? Also, if I already have “0″ caps, how many of these would be comparable to the recommended “00″ dosage? Thank you so much for your wonderful work!

Just begin with the 0 caps and see how it goes, and yes, it is because they are not standardized. You can increase to 00 later if you wish.
